I would like to personally welcome you to our office. I am looking forward to taking care of all of your eye and vision needs, whether it involves a simple refraction for glasses, or the diagnosis and treatment of a more serious eye condition.

The management of dry eye disease, and glaucoma are my areas of expertise, and I have received numerous grants from pharmaceutical companies to investigate their products. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA for many years, I have been involved in the latest therapies and techniques in the field of ophthalmology to better serve your eye care needs.
As the past Chairman of the Section of Ophthalmology at Huntington Memorial Hospital, I had been named as one of Pasadena Magazine's "TOP DOCS" from 2009 - 2021. In addition, I was nominated by KCAL-Channel 9 as "Best Ophthalmologist" in the Los Angeles area for 2010 and 2011. I have been honored as one of "The Best Eye Surgeons in America", in Delta Sky magazine, and Southwest, The Magazine from 2015 - 2020. Most importantly, I have been selected by my peers as one of the top ophthalmologists in Southern California for 2012 - 2026 in Super Doctors, superdoctors.com, as well as by Castle Connolly, castleconnolly.com, for 2015 - 2026.
I was elected to the Board of the Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology for 5 years and served as the President for the term 2018-2019.
I was selected as the Chairman of the Well-Being Committee and served as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Huntington Hospital from 2023-2024. I have been a member of the Physician Executive Well-Being Committee since 2025.
I volunteer my time by providing free eye exams to eligible individuals with Eye Care America, the UCLA Mobile Eye Van, and Care Harbor, which is an annual health fair held in downtown Los Angeles.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, twin 19-year-old daughters, and our 5-year-old labradoodle Coco, as well as being on the water sailing, or on the mountains skiing.
